Well equipped modern apartment if climbing 40 steps is ok for you. We loved it, excellent washer dryer (especially if you have long arms - you will get the joke when you use it) modern plate ware and lovely towels. They get most of the details right. Look its Chapleau, but it sure beats staying at the beat up motel across the road. It is a multi-divided house (5 units) with nice people living there - the dogs are much friendlier than they may first appear. An authentic Northern Ontario outpost.
Real coffee would be a treat and some laundry detergent stuff, but minor nit pick only.

The facility was extremely clean, and reasonably priced.
The apartment was renovated on a top floor so head room was difficult due to roof lines.
The second bedroom did not have a window. 31 stairs steps up/down to the apartment.

Super comfy bed and couch, had everything I needed and more. Great views out the big window and felt private from being up so high
It could use a good “deep clean”- and not sure why the windows can’t open further! I’m 5’6 and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone much taller than that based on the number of times I hit my head on the ceilings!
