This is a beautiful old colonial building, with rooms set around a courtyard decorated in the Spanish colonial style. It is only a 5-10 minute walk from the main square. There are several different rooftop terraces affording views of the city.
This place seems to have seen better days. The rooftop terrace in particular doesn't seem to have seen much use in years and could use a cleanup.

La tranquilidad,central .Nos permitieron dejar los morrales después de entregar la habitación y regresar posteriormente por ellas .
El host no nos recibió.No hubo aseo en la habitación en los tres días .No hubo control remoto del televisor habilitado hasta la tercera noche.Esa misma noche había un cumpleaños en el patio con los consiguientes ruidos.La persona que atendió el desayuno el primer día tubo una actitud displicente.La reserva la hice por una fotografía de una cena que había en una terraza alta con una vista de la ciudad ,la cual no estuvo en servicio en nuestra estancia.

L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir le centre historique à pied, un métro est à 10 min à pied.
Aucun accueil, pas de personne à la réception, nous avons trouvé une chambre ouverte avec une clef dessus nous en avons déduit que c’était la nôtre, puis une personne est enfin arrivée pour nous le confirmer. Nous avions reçu en amont le code de la porte d’entrée principale uniquement, si l’arrivée se fait en autonomie il faut donner plus d’indications, comme le numéro de chambre par exemple..
Vétusté par rapport aux photos, de la moisissure dans la chambre, un chauffage mais avec une prise cassée,
Le lieu a énormément de potentiel mais l’impression que tout est laissé à l’abandon, bar du rooftop non ouvert et non nettoyé, salle de réception avec un bar mais jamais personne.
