This is my second year of staying with them and I honestly love how this has such great value for money. My room was clean and they offer daily cleaning services also so I never worried about going home to a dirty room after a day of going around Fukuoka. The staff were also extremely kind and accommodating. I asked beforehand if I can have certain packages delivered before my arrival and they agreed to keep it until I check in. I also love how near this hotel is to the grocery and the konbinis. And it’s super convenient that there’s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, so I always take a bus that goes here directly after a long day of shopping.
None really, this is now my go-hotel whenever I’m in Fukuoka. I hope they open reservations for May 2027 so I can book for my trip next year! Lol

Near watanabe dori train and bus station. There is near small resto beside the hotel (yayoi) offered japanese menu and 24hr supermarket (sunny)
Repetitive menu buffet breakfast they offer to guest. Everyday is the same. So you should stay here 3 days the most. But longer than that try other hotel. Also the size of my room is too small even my luggage cant spread out fully unless i move the humidifier even thought im a solo traveler. And my pilow is 1 piece unlike in other hotel whenvere im alone they provide 2 pillows.

Great location, clean room and relatively spacious by Japanese standards.
Staff were nice but a bit confused.
