Room is good, food for breakfast and dinner are good

The location above the tidal fjord and a 15 minute easy trail walk from a wild waterfall is lovely. The staff (special mention of Woyciech who was amiable, super helpful, entertaining and everywhere at once from check-in to table service to billing!) were of the best caliber and worked very hard to see that the dining and common areas were sparkling.
My room was clean if Spartan (expect decent towels and linens but the coffee-tea pot with a paper cup and one-helping of a coffee tube and creamer tube was pretty disappointing and I had to set it up on the floor as there were non plugs with any table or shelf nearby : {
But that said, the breakfast (additional $$$) was complete with a good brew, fruit, tomato, cucumbers, yogurt, seeds, breads.. Dinner portion was "a la carte" small with no sides. Desert again additional, beverages pricey.
The owner would do well to add nicer amenities in the room (a cleaner and more inviting hot tub (add a second?) in a nicer location than on the gravel out back, would be more inviting. Sauna might be left on (hot) in the evening rather than having guests wait 45 min+ for it to heat. They did a great job with their hires (the employees were warm and caring) which might have been challenging in this remote post.

The setting is beautiful and you can hike to waterfalls behind the property. The rooms are basic but nice. The common are is nice with great recliners.
Note that this place is located in the lower Westemann Islands and the road does unexpectedly turn into a gravel road for a stretch before reaching the hotel.
I wished there was a kitchen for guest use. We arrived late and needed to make dinner- the food at the guesthouse is quite pricey- and that was not an option. Also the common area closes at 9:30 so there is no where to go after that but back to your room or into a stairwell area with a random chair.
