La situation et les espaces nuits. Très bon réactivité du propriétaire très arrangeant.
Un peu vieillissant globalement. Salle de bain trop petite et miroir trop bas. Un peu de rafraîchissement donnerait un vrai plus à l hébergement.

Квартира небольшая, но чистая, белье белоснежное. Фото передают достоверную обстановку. Мы не слышали шума от ночных баров, но довольно громко даже ночью ездит спец техника с сиренами (скорая помощь).
Район тусовочный, очень много вкусной еды по доступным ценам, хороший шоппинг в пешей доступности. Но был побочный эффект - собранный в мешки вечером и ранним утром мусор из ресторанов привлекали крыс. Кому это важно - район шумный, населенный и, видимо, нечистоты привлекают грызунов.
