Nice spot not far from the heart of downtown Telluride. Nice balcony overlooking the river.
The bedroom is situated right next to an outdoor walkway on one side and bunk beds separated by a mere curtain on the other. So, not much aural privacy. A Bluetooth speaker would have been a thoughtful touch, or any kind of way to play music. No coffee or laundry detergent was provided - so guests need to go shopping, and inevitably overbuy. No responses to emails. At all. All customer service was done by automated email. Calls were actively discouraged, and the voice mail box was full. Emailed several times regarding where to park - the "house manual" referred to parking in front of "the other building" in a way that was not helpful. It and the many emails also gave inconsistent PINs, with no instructions on how to use a keypad not everyone has come across before, and signed off, without any evident irony, with "Always here to help,". But there's no name at the bottoms of any of these automated emails whose authors are "always here to help", and that makes sense now. We had no evidence of a person, or any personal touch.
