Great location

We loved the location of the apartment. It was easy to reach the main attractions in Barcelona, or get around by Metro or bus. There is a bus (#27) going to Sants Train station on top of the street, and this was very handy. The area is nice and very safe in the evening. Great churros on Carrer de GuillemTeil :) The flat is spacious and comfortable. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room, and enough pods/tablets to get you going while you are there. Host responds very fast, although you never meet anyone. Check-in on the dot, as the access code to the building and the flat is not given in advance.

I expected a balcony from the photos on booking.com, but the photos combine the different flats they have in the building. This was a bit confusing at first but not an issue. Although the double bed in the bedroom is very nice and comfortable, the sofa bed was not so great. The mattress could do with a fresh-up (stains of all kinds..), and it doesn't stay really stay horizontal when you lie down. Also there is a constant and quite loud noise in the kitchen ( from the hot water tank I think), and it was a bit annoying. Thankfully we were so tired at the end of the day, it did not affect the stay too much. Overall it was a great base to explore Barcelona.

Comfortable, quiet stay in a great neighborhood in Barcelona.

This flat is in a great location for longer stays in Barcelona. It’s a short walk to Gracia and everything that neighborhood has to offer, but it’s on a relatively quiet street. Casa Vicens is a couple blocks away, and Park Guell is a 20-minute walk. The tiny square outside the building has a fruit and vegetable store and a cake shop, and there’s a grocery store about 200 meters away. The concierge staff were responsive and accommodating. When the dishwasher broke, they sent a technician to fix it.

The couch kept falling apart and wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen was not well-stocked, especially for a long stay. I ended up buying a number of items from IKEA.

El departamento es excelente, muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado (hasta tiene lavarropas, que es un plus interesante). Pero nuestra estancia coincidió con una fiesta barrial de Barcelona que fue los tres días, noche y día, lo cual nos impidió descansar y recién se apagaba la música y el ruido a las 3 a.m.

location was good

a bread knife and toaster would be needed. we were locked out of the properity for nearly 2 hours on friday night as the code wouldnt work the owner eventually answered the phone and reset code this spoiled the holiday for us this could have led to serious concoquences if cooker had been on or a small child was locked inside
