I really appreciated how easy it was to contact the receptionist via WhatsApp. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded promptly and were always happy to help. We even had an issue with a police dog barking at the nearby police station during the night, and the staff responded to our message at 3 a.m.! Their attentiveness and willingness to help made our stay much more comfortable.
The only issue we experienced was the noise coming from the nearby police station's kennels. One particular dog would bark during the night, which sometimes disturbed our sleep. However, the staff were so kind, understanding and professional that it never became a major issue for us. They even contacted the police station to see what could be done to improve the situation. We truly appreciated their efforts.

The location is unparalleled.
The apartment was immaculate.
The mattresses were very comfortable.
Air-conditioning in the fitness centre will make it a lot more useful.

It was extra clean 👍
I stayed in late December 2025 (Family of 4) and this is a sum of what I didn’t like about this hotel:
Wifi was so bad like it wasn’t even working (almost no WiFi coverage and internet stopped working for the last 4days I had to rely on my eSIM service!
The hotel was so cold because the master room side door was leaking Air and at night the apartment gets so cold, They should find a fix for this issue!
The hotel needs to work on their WiFi coverage and internet speed.
The $200 deposit was a ridiculous move from the management I hope they come to their senses and cancel it for the future!
Balcony apartments shouldn’t coat extra when it’s winter specially when it has no roof to cover the rain in winter time.
