Amazing location, wonderful staff, and a very clean hotel!
We had a really great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Istanbul. The metro is just 1 minute away, the subway is around 5 minutes, and the Marmaray train is about 10–15 minutes away. There are also plenty of great and affordable restaurants nearby in Yusufpaşa, lots of markets, and Fatih Pazarı is around 10–15 minutes away on foot (although it’s a bit uphill!).
The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mohannad and Ibrahim at reception, Sarah from housekeeping, and Orhan, the bellboy. They were all wonderful and made us feel very welcome. They helped us so much throughout our stay.
A special mention to Mohannad, who always made it very easy for me to contact the hotel whenever I needed anything. His helpfulness and friendly attitude are honestly one of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel.
The breakfast was good and tasty, and I really liked that they prepared different dishes each day, so there was always something a little different to try.
The hotel itself is super clean and feels very new. It also has two elevators, and surprisingly, we never had to wait for them!
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I basically liked everything, but i might recommend making the fridge a little cooler in summer season, although its only my preference

Másodszor szálltunk meg itt. Kedves személyzet, tisztaság, jó hangszigetelés, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Kétágyas szoba helyett egy nagyobb méretű háromágyas szobát kaptunk, felár nélkül! Közvetlen a bejárat a recepció felett. Köszönjük szépen! A két évvel ezelőtti reggeli változatosabb volt, mint a mostani. Ettől függetlenül, bőséges volt. Tisztaság a reggelizőhelyiségben. Ajánlom mindenkinek a szállodát!
