The hotel, location cleanliness, was perfect. The front desk staff in particular Ozgur,Koray and Ugur were too good, a very big thank you to them. They would go out of their way to any queries or anything you required.i would definitely recommend this hotel to others as money for value is there.
On the dislike part or rather where it needs some improvements
For baggage movement the hotel needs a trolley which the bell boy needs.
The breakfast needs more variety though much can not be done due to limited space.
House cleaning staff needs to be user friendly this area needs a proper jack up.
Overall it was a good experience

Great location, nice cafes and restaurants close by, I had a quiet room with balcony on the side of the courtyard. The staff was amazing, especially the restaurant manager Resat and the receptionist Özgür were very friendly and courteous. I felt welcomed and had amazing 5 days. Also the Spa is great. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained
While the hotel was nice and clean, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room did not have any tissues provided, and we had to repeatedly request them during our stay. Additionally, the hotel did not have a luggage scale available, which made it difficult to weigh our bags before traveling.
