Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Area was central
Was able to do all tour, booked via staff .
Room was slightly small, safe was on the floor, no regular tissue was provided. SPA ,Suana and swimming pool was average. Turkish bath not available, only message at extra charge.

Excellent hotel, very clean and well appointed.
Good location for both metro and trams.
Spa is very nice too.
