The location was fantastic the interior and the exterior was very pleasant and a joy to see. The staff were great from the moment I was checked in till I was checked out my family and I felt welcomed.
This isn’t related to the property per se, but the housekeeping can be better.

Easy access on the tram opposite the hotel into the main tourist area. Clean hotel room with very comfortable bed and amazing shower. The staff were all very helpful

Staff were helpful and friendly.
Offered us a "nice room" given we were staying for 4 nights ... but it was in a bad location at the front of hotel on level one - and was noisy 24/7 both from inside and outside noise.
Room location too noisy. We also had a broken sink that leaked everywhere and had to be fixed twice.
