The hotel exceeded my expectations, staff was so frendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful and breakfast was amazing. This place is not less than a 5 Star. And SERKAN at the front desk as very helpful.

I liked both of them the location was so good the room view was so wonderfull same goes to the breakfast was also wonderfull in my second visit i wish to stay again in your hotel
there is nothing i did not like since i did not face any challenge during my stay so their is nothing i did not like every thing was fine thank you

Staff was not helpful, rude, heating in room was not working, addressed the issue with staff but they did not give importance, told them at check out but looked like they didn’t care.
