The room and the views were fantastic, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, the location is amazing (you can walk to so many sightseeing spots, subway stations are so close), you can have breakfast, there is a small shop inside the hotel
Expensive, but normal prices for NYC

I loved absolutely everything about it. When you first step into the Alley you get the vibe of it. Colorful, welcoming, fun, fresh and with a great taste! Also, the coffee was amazing, the baristas were adorable (and all the staff actually). Can't wait to be back!

It was an amazing location, it was a beautiful view, I got a great room! Super cool interior design
All I got for breakfast was a croissant, and a coffee in a paper cup. For $400/night, I expected to get a proper breakfast.
Also - no conditioner in the shower, and the window was dirty.
