Casa bonita, grande e espaƧosa, com quarto muito confortĆ”vel. Limpeza feita com frequĆŖncia nas Ć”reas comuns. Localizada num Ć³timo bairro de Las Palmas, calmo e residencial, com fĆ”cil acesso a transporte e serviƧos.
Um pequeno problema com a porta da rua, que as vezes mesmo com chave resistia a abrir. Vez ou outra tambƩm aparecia alguma barata, o que entendo que se deve ao fato de ser uma casa grande e antiga.

Ho soggiornato in questo co-living per tre settimane, utilizzandolo anche come postazione di lavoro.
La mia camera era pulita e spaziosa, gli spazi comuni (cucina, bagni, aree esterne) funzionali.
La connessione wifi davvero ottima, ho sempre lavorato senza alcun problema.
La posizione abbastanza strategica, permetteva di raggiungere con una camminata di circa mezzāora sia la zona storica di Vegueta oppure dal lato opposto la spiaggia di Las Canteras. A pochi minuti a piedi un supermercato Spar ben fornito con anche angolo gastronomia.
La comunicazione con i gestori ĆØ stata sempre semplice ed efficace.
Lo consiglio!
La struttura ĆØ un poā datata, si ĆØ notato soprattutto nelle serrature delle porte che erano tutte messe non troppo bene. Forse le aree esterne meriterebbero di essere un poā piĆ¹ valorizzate, ma ĆØ un appunto, per me non ĆØ stato un problema.
