The room had large windows that let in plenty of natural light, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the shower directly in the room was a bit unusual but it wasn't an issue for us. The owners were very friendly and welcoming!
The room faced the street, so noise from outside was quite noticeable, especially during the night and early morning, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Breakfast was basic, but we and other guests had access to a very well-equipped shared kitchen where we could store our own food in fridge and eventually prepare meals.

The staff was very kind! They also provided us with recommendations from places to visit to which car rent company was the best. Great room, very clean and it was cleaned every day we were there. In the common areas you can use the fridge and kitchen and there is even a living room with games and a TV. Very good quality for the price you pay, even a free nice breakfast included! We had an amazing week visiting the north of beautiful Gran Canaria!
We were not expecting having to leave our room for our own toilet (each room gets assigned a toilet in the corridor), but this was not really a problem for us.

The common space is like in some 4 star hotels.
