In any other city it would be way over priced, but everything is more expensive in Whitehorse. It is fine for a night. The hotel is very dated but the sheets and towels are clean, but the double bed is very small. It was very quiet, there's lots of parking.
For the price, it needs a good deep cleaning and an update in furniture.

Laundry mat downstairs all sorts of interesting people hanging around
No electrical outlet near the bed ( I use a cpap) I was struggling with my hands full
To open the front door and one of the employees just stood there lighting a cigarette
