This home has been custom designed to embody southern hospitality for friends, families, and colleagues looking for a world-class New Orleans travel experience. - Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Spacious open concept living and dining area - Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Tasteful, luxury decor matched with handmade local art - Wi-Fi - Outdoor porch and backyard with plentiful seating - Free on-street parking -All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - For clarity, one bedroom contains a day bed with a trundle. The trundle bed is listed as a sofa bed in the "Where You'll Sleep" section. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that this is a long-term rental with a 30 night minimum. Unfortunately, this home is not wheelchair accessible. The Neighborhood: The Marigny is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area, rated as one of the top 10 hippest neighborhoods in the country by the "New Yorker" magazine. You will be in the middle of the Marigny/Bywater buzz, a short 5-6 minute walk to Frenchmen and about a 15 minute stroll to the French quarter, this central location is an ideal home base for your vacation. You don’t need to go far to discover why this neighborhood is a hidden gem — some of the best bars, restaurants, and art galleries in NOLA are closeby. Getting Around: The best way to get around is by foot, bike, or Uber. Depending on your stride, the French Quarter is 10-15 minutes walking or a short Uber away. But many, especially locals, prefer to spend time on Frenchman St. (less than a 5 minute walk) or in local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes in the Marigny and Bywater. Walking in this neighborhood is quite safe and common at all hours of the day and night. Use your common sense when coming and going late at night and take a taxi or Uber/Lyft if you are ever in doubt. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Permit Number: 23-ISTR-02761 Interaction with Guests: As a host, I value being able to provide my guests with complete privacy. That said, should the rare maintenance issue occur, myself and my property manager are available to help.

Perfectly nestled at The end of the French market and just moments away from French men street. Sixth beautifully eloquent Jim. it looked exactly as the pictures portrayed for it to be. However, even better. we came in for Halloween with family and friends. And it was nice that everyone had their own space and it did not feel that we were all crowded on top of one another. the house had lots of new emunities and updates with an old charm, New Orleans flair. . communication with the owner was fantastic and there was not a need to continue any conversation because all of our needs were met inside of this beautiful gem. Will i book again?? absolutely!
