This was for my mom while she was in town - it was right next to our house, very clean and included breakfast. Was able to book a same day reservation.
The rooms don't automatically get cleaned. my mom had to ask the cleaning lady for new towels. I know it's part of the "green" initiative but we love a new feeling room everyday when we come back.
