Excelente custo-benefício

Hotel simples mas bem limpo, cama confortável, quarto super espaçoso, silencioso e equipe bem atenciosa, O café da manhã é espetacular, comi o melhor omelete da minha vida. Várias opções de sucos, pães, ovos, muffins e waffle que você mesmo prepara na hora numa máquina.

Acho que o banheiro poderia ter ducha higiênica.

It was a clean & convenient location that we would patronize again.

The bed slept great! Breakfast was good. There was a fridge and microwave. Bathroom was updated and clean. It was a quiet, safe location. It had a very nice and clean smell. Affordable.

The only staff member I interacted with at check-in and throughout my trip, was helpful, but not friendly. When I got off the elevator on my floor, the carpet had been severely discolored and was unsightly. It looked like they had tried to dye the carpet back, which made it look worse.

Muy buena limpieza, agradable atención, desayuno rico y todos días había algo distinto, personal muy atento . Muy bueno para descansar y para hacer shoping ,sawgrass queda muy cerca.

Solo por decir algo , se podría tener algún canal de tv en español.

Hotel con sus años, deteriorado, la habitación y hotel estaban limpios, sin embargo en mi habitación, mate 3 cucarachas en dos días, recomiendo fumiguen, pudo ser problema de la habitación o del hotel

The staff is accommodation,professional and respond with a smile always I can tell why also because their GM is a shinning example of excellent customer service. Breakfast is clean and normally well stacked and I love that u can see things being done to keep guest happy.

Do some minor repairs to carpet for example,painting and touch up. All in all it was perfect for the time I needed it.

The staff was helpful but the room and hotel was in bad shape at least the floor we were on.

We had to call front desk 3 times for non working toilet and when we went to call front desk the phone was not working so had to walk to front desk from 5th floor to get their attention

O quarto é muito confortável e possuí microondas e frigobar. O chuveiro proporciona um banho gostoso.

My stay was ok and the staff was great but the rooms need an improvement and the rooms needs to be refreshed.

The location, very easy to get to shops, dinner and highways.

It needs an update. The carpets in the hallways are a trip hazard and badly stained. You could tell the odor was being covered by a lot of fragrance. The carpet in my room had lots of visible signs of pet odor so removing my shoes was not optional. The room needed more lighting it was kind of depressing to be in there so I tried to stay out as long as possible. My recommendation is to remove the carpet in the rooms since it is a pet friendly hotel; easier to clean and sanitary.

Hotellet fremstår nedslidt og beskidt, dog er foyeren og morgenmadsområdet pænt og rent. Opholdet var ikke pengene værd.

Fint træningscenter

Værelset blev ikke gjort rent den første dag og der manglede toiletpapir. Det elektriske rullegardin kunne ikke køre op. Det blev forsøgt repareret, men blev kun en smule bedre. Hotellet lugter fælt af kemiske duftmidler, som formentligt dækker over noget andet. Morgenmaden var ordinær.

Room was extremely small. TV old and small. The blow dryer had “tape” on it to hold it together , toilet barely flushed and the towels were rough!

Tolles komfortables Hotel

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Zimmer sehr groß und komfortabel. Fitnessraum sehr gut. Pool sehr groß und super zum Schwimmen. Frühstück sehr gut Sehr großer Parkplatz Würde wieder kommen

Das beim Frühstück alles aus Papier und Plastik Besteck besteht. Daher fällt sehr sehr viel Müll an. In unserem Zimmer waren Käfer,aber ansonsten war es sehr sauber.

Good location and staff - poor quality breakfast and hotel needs maintenance

Location- reception staff

Needs remodeling - one elevator out- no butter at breakfast even when asked- sausage was gross fake meat. Carpet stained 2 nd floor by elevator-tape holding trim together by floor near elevator- shower head delivered very little water

Good location next to amenities. Lobby was modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Room had a foul smell. Housekeeping did a decent job; but carpet was old and stained. Furnishings need an update.

So So for the money, don't think I will stay here again

Clean Lobby

Microwave-Tv-and phone did not work, had to request another room. Could hear water drip from floor above in bathroom, faucet in bathroom moved when using water, A/C made noise like a jet taking off when it came on, no card for door to request maid service, made service was very slow - Left property at 10am came back about 4pm , room still was not cleaned.Breakfast was not that good, bland.
