We like the apartment. Enough space for us. The facilities were all functional and generally things were in very good condition.
It a 15 min to walk to UBan station, the noise from outside when the window was open

Appartamento pulito e silenzioso, curato nei dettagli. L'abbiamo scelto principalmente perché viaggiavamo in auto e avevamo bisogno di un garage/parcheggio.
Forse noi italiani siamo troppo abituati all'aria climatizzata che in questo appartamento purtroppo non è presente.

Un apartament curat, foarte accesibil.
Un mare plus - locul de parcare.
Utilitati - ok.
Pentru un sejur scurt, ori pentru tranzit, recomand cu caldura inchirierea apartamentului.
Mijloace de transport foarte aproape.
Constructia blocului. Nu exista intimitate.
Cartierul il consider cam "ciudar" daca esti doritor de plimbari tarzii (dar poate foarte bine sa fie o parere eronata, nu am avut timpul necesar de a fi obiectiv total).
In aceasta perioada am avut "neplacerea" de a fi vecin cu un santier chiar in curtea blocului (cred), daca nu o fi la vecini.

Die Lage zu Wihast Studentenwohnheime und die inkludierte Tiefgarage! Pennt, Spar, Hofer in der Nähen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In die City mit Bus 5b und 11a geht gut bis Leopoldstadt. Zur U 4 zu Fuß 15 Minuten.
Der Bauform von nebenan von 06.00 bis 18 Uhr.
Die Fenster isolieren jedoch wirklich gut, aber irgendwann will man ja auch mal diese öffnen. Balkon durch Lärm und Staub nicht wirklich nutzbar.
