Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the main attractions.
The room was dark, the aircon wasn’t great (floor level behind the curtains) and the fridge freezer needed defrosting.

Loved the proximity to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese / park and the apartment’s terrace also the privacy/quietness which doesn’t compare with the slamming doors of a hotel. To answer your question there was no breakfast since these apartments are some hybrid between Airbnb and a hotel, with a desk at the building entrance with this nice lady who’ll give you the keys to your apartment and carry your luggage to the second floor by stairs (poor lady!) also accommodating with leaving the luggage in the cleaners corner after checkout. Perfectly clean and modern place with everything you need in the kitchen/dinnig area, however, in my opinion, the couch there doesn’t make that a living room too.
The lady at the entrance desk’s schedule is 9am-5pm so what do you do if you arrive or leave outside those hours. Not that happy with the narrow 2 flights of stairs and minimal signage which makes it hard to find as it’s part of a townhouse type of building next door from POESIS boutique hotel. Not as easy as expected to communicate in English language and don’t expect advice on restaurants or places to visit, you’re on your own so enjoy your Rome adventure with a grain of salt.
