Experience Rome with elegance and comfort in the Frezza Apartment, a refined 120 sqm home in a 17th-century Roman building, a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. Bright, timeless, and carefully curated, it’s ideal for families and small groups who want space, privacy, and peace of mind in the heart of the city.
Part of the Alta Luxury Apartments collection, the apartment is professionally managed to ensure a smooth, worry-free stay.
The Space:
Set in an elegant Roman palazzo on Via della Frezza (corner of Via del Corso), on the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
• A beautiful master suite with walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower and Cromorelax system
• A second bedroom and a second full bathroom
• High ceilings and large windows typical of historic Roman residences
• A welcoming living area with a marble dining table seating 8–10, a wall-mounted TV, and two large sofas (one converts into a double sofa bed)
Kitchen & Laundry:
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine, plus all the essentials for cooking and dining. A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer makes longer stays especially convenient, particularly for families.

Fantastic apartment. Tons of space for our family of four, and a really stellar location. But on a side street so still quiet even though Via del Corso is literally 30 steps away.Air conditioning worked great, the interior was super clean, and Fabio and Edoardo were super responsive and helpful with our requests. My kids loved Rome and this apartment and are already asking us when we can go back. If we do, we plan to stay here again!

We had a perfect 3-night stay at Alta Luxury Apartments, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the very beginning, the communication with the owner, Edoardo, was excellent. He was incredibly accommodating and even met us early on our arrival day to let us into the apartment ahead of check-in so we could drop off our luggage...such a thoughtful and helpful gesture that set the tone for the entire stay.The apartment itself is stunningly beautiful, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. The location is ideal, conveniently close to all the major sights, shopping, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our family to relax and unwind at the end of busy sightseeing days. The air conditioning was refreshingly cold (a lifesaver in Rome!), and we made great use of the washer and dryer throughout our visit, which was incredibly convenient.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome, whether you're traveling as a couple or with family. Edoardo, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful apartment with us and going above and beyond to help make our trip so special.

This place is right at the centre of Rome. We did all of our tourist attraction visits by foot. Walking from this location seemed easy to get to and from. It was nice to have a place you could walk into and made you feel like home. There is a grocery store down the road and lots of shopping as well. We had a great time and loved this space and hope anyone else visiting could have the same experience.
