There was someone here to greet us as soon as we arrived at the property to show us around and tell us where things were. The property is located very centrally to a great shopping area with many restaurants and clothes shops to do your shopping Accommodation was comfortable and suited our needs.
Hard to find anything we didn’t like there was just a small issue with some sound coming out of s vent on our second morning, which was quickly handled by the host within 20 minutes of me contacting.

Great location and served us well. Great host met us at apartment after we reached out.
Air conditioning was not working and it was extremely hot in our rooms. Stand up fans didn’t help.

The messages we received about how to meet were not the same as what really happened. Nobody met us at the gate- the directions we had been sent that day. We had to telephone the host number and then we were greeted by someone who still had his cleaning tools and bags at the apartment for another hour while we waited for the place to be ready. We had arranged to check in at 3pm but the apartment was not finished being cleaned until about 4.15 so we just waited around and sat in the bedrooms. This, after being told that there was. Nowhere for us to leave our bags all day because we had arrived very early to Rome (8 am) and were told tio go to a luggage storage. Ok, I understand, but just not very welcoming.
