Obviously the location is great. You can see professional approach here and there - an additional top on sofa bed, an extra A/C since centralized A/C doesn't work at night (we didn't feel like it was too hot anyway - the weather was all right in August), very good kitchen - plates, utensils, cups, water in the fridge, and a washing machine is great when you sweat in hot weather.

I don't know what pictures show on main booking page - there are maybe a few towards the end of the gallery that showed our apartment, much darker and smaller that those. Very cramped. Old cabinets. Smelly bathroom drains, especially in the morning. There is BVLGARI technical entrance right in front of windows - expect tons of noise like shattering empty glass bottles at 6am, pumping old oil, delivery trucks, again in the early morning, etc. Not an apartment fault, but you can definitely say windows are very thin. Finally, the owner/manager was rude. You can see that from their comments to other reviews they didn't like, they outright scream at customers. We were in airport at 6pm, messaged them, then it took us a while to get through huge airport, we sat into taxi at 19:40 and texted them we're right around. They kept sending messages through the day that "late checkin" is "30E", and not even trying to say something nice. At the door we rang the bell before 20:00, and waited for 5-7 minutes for someone to come, the time when they came out was 20:03 or something similar, and of course they immediately demanded those 30E, saying "rule, rule, rule, rule", not even trying to be nice or friendly. Of course there is nothing on booking about that. Absolutely cold, impersonal approach, nothing to have with Italian hospitality. Unfortunately Rome this year is overcrowded and we had to put up with this.

the location and the facilities

I texted and arranged something with the owner and when we arrived the personal wasn’t aware of this. So one of the beds wasn’t ready we arrived late super tired and we had to wait for the owner to confirm the personal that we were 4 people so he let us in. and after that we had to wait half an hour more for him to arrange the other bed because initially the reservation was for 2 people.

darkness inside, technical sounds in the night in the bed room with the closed windows( perhaps it was air condition of the upper apartments), uncomfortable position of the facilities in the bathroom ( you open door and it touch the toilet), no safe…

Excellent would highly recommend to anybody.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Rome not too far from the Spanish steps & Trevi fountain. Lovely neighbourhood with great shopping and restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with left us plenty of water and a lovely bottle of wine welcome gift. Beds were very comfortable.

A very nice and comfortable apartment, everything was very clean! With an excellent location and in a very quiet street, too. It 's highly recommended, we will come back!

Absolutely brilliant apartment and excellent location

Absolutely brilliant location and the apartment is well set up. Antoine was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and we are so happy that we booked our stay here for our time in Rome.

I don’t have any dislikes about the apartment.

Great place and a great host via WhatsApp!

it was spacious and we needed some extra room to break up the 12 day trip. everything was very modern and there was a coffee shop just a few steps up the street.

it was a little bit removed from the main attractions. If you checkout ahead of departing the city, there is nowhere to stow your luggage since this is a condo.

the size, it was refurbished and great location nit far from shops and piazza espagna

was a bit dark as the doors opened onto a narrow side street, so no view. not much room in bathroom to put toiletries

A spectacular stay near the Spanish Steps!

A spectacular stay near the Spanish Steps! The host Antonio helped arrange for a taxi transfer to the apartment, and helped store our luggage before check-in time! Bottles of water, and wine were provided! The location was on a quiet street but very close to everything - food, shops, metro station. Whenever we needed help, Antonio was just one WhatsApp message away - extremely responsive before and during our stay. Even though the apartment is not huge (but we were a large group of 5), it is perfectly laid out and we loved whoever came up with the design. Definitely would recommend this as a home base for anyone visiting Rome!

Can't think of anything. Would love to stay here again during a future visit! When staying here, it feels like you are living with the locals :)

Amazing stay. Super complete apartment.

The location was amazing. In the middle of everything and yet very silent and calm. I found everything I needed to feel at home: from kitchen utensils to personal hygiene items. I also found nice details that made my stay ver happy and confortable. Much better than going to a hotel. I would definitely come back. ¡Thanks for everything!

Internet connection was very unstable but to be honest, this a problem I found all over Italy. There were two connections available but none worked very well.

Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable. The host was really helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Everything, the location was amazing (pretty much everything is in a walking distance) and the apartment itself is really comfortable to stay in, well designed and has everything you may need. It has a smart TV in the living room on which you can watch Netflix and listen to music.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Just book this one!

Don’t look any further. This is the perfect choice for a citytrip Rome. Great location, just a short walk to the center with touristic highlights and restaurants/shops just around the corner. Apartment is well furnished, comfortable and very well cleaned. Loved the bottle of wine as a welcome. Apartment does have two bedrooms, was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen is modern and well equipped. Communication with Giuseppe very smooth. He’s a great host, open to any question! So. Stop looking, just book this apartment and enjoy your citytrip to Rome!

Guiseppe was an outstanding host. He was always available and ready to assist with every little issue we had, making out stay super comfortable. The apartment is beautiful, located in the heart of Rome, equipped with everything you may need. Rome felt very COVID safe, public measures respected everywhere. Wonderful visit!

Giuseppe is an amazing host and we had a perfect time in Rome! From the first contact until checkout...his communication with Whatsapp is great and whenever I had a question, he answered very quick. We also asked him to print a document for us...2 hours later it was placed at the door :) Thanks for that again. The apartment is in a perfect location in Rome! Close to restaurants, shops and great to start sightseeing tours. We were 4 people and the size couldn't be better - even for a 1 week trip. I travel a lot and that was one of the best apartment I ever booked.

Guiseppe was an excellent host. From the moment we arrived (we arrived v. late and he was there to greet us), the bottle of wine, coffee essentials, etc., it is the little things that matter. Beautiful apartment.

The modern and spacious apartment was very close to a number of attractions. The area is good and walking distance from a lot of shops and good restaurants. Giuseppe, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
