Location, location - in a relatively quiet street near the main shopping street in the Spagna district. Every international brand is nearby, as well as many other local shops and eateries. For the tourist, the Spanish steps are not far away, with Piazza del Popola in the other direction..
This apartment is in a stylish complex. It is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Furnishings are of high quality. It comes stocked with coffee pods, toiletries and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was very welcome during the hot Roman summer at the time. The terrace would be a great place to spend time in cooler weather.
The hosts welcomed us and helped us with our bags, both on arrival and departure. They gave us a quick tour of the property at the start and were super responsive to a few later questions via WhatsApp.
There is nothing negative that we can say about this property.

The apartment is very close to the Spanish steps. The trevi fountain and pantheon are also walking distance away
Down the street is a carrefour express for food etc the apartment is large has an elevator and is quiet at night
The apartment needs a refresh. A coat of paint is needed in several rooms. A written out list explaining the workings of the apartment would be helpful as sometimes the welcome conversation is too rushed
