Great location. Lots of space. Easy to park car outside the property.
Toilet seat is broken. There is the rooster living somewhere in the neighborhood houses and he is starting his day at 5am every day which can be disturbing for someone.

Necessites d’un vehicle per arribar al centre de Ponta Delgada. Caldria renovar algun mobiliari antic de la cuina.

Everything. The house was beautiful for our small family. My son has level 3 autism and he absolutely loved the backyard. The bbq is gorgeous and the house was very clean.
Obviously you are gonna get a damp smell as its a very humid and damp island, but this didnt bother us at all. The location was beautiful and the local festival "Imperio de santo antonio" was a great way to experience the culture. We had lots of fun and even got prizes that was 1 euro each, raffle.
The owner is very nice and helpful
10/10 will stay again next year
