Nice and spacious appartement with all necessiturs like a kitchen and washing machine. Also nice information book on the island and city
Overall everything was nice, but we missed a personal welcome as the key excuse Anne and drop off was just a box

Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse, eigener Parkplatz, freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Kontakt im Haus bei Problemen, Waschmaschine, sehr geräumig . Wifi funktioniert sehr gut, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos & unkompliziert.
Die Unterkunft riecht leider muffig/feucht. Die Fenster & Duschkabine müssten öfter geputzt (inkl Entkalker bei der Dusche) werden, das Besteck ebenfalls.
Es gibt kaum geöffnete Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe und allgemein ist das Angebot in Velas eher mau, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein.
Bei jeder anderen Unterkunft hatten wir zumindest Wasser zur Begrüßung, das wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen.
Es wäre auch gut, ein Klimagerät zu haben (es war jedoch auch nicht angekündigt)

L’appart est très joliment décoré. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit balcon face à la mer, la tranquillité du coin, le book pour le tourisme. (super utile, merci!)et la machine à laver. L’hôte s’est montré disponible et arrangeant. On recommande

Logement grand, calme et bien situé. Lit confortable.
Les équipements laissent à désirer : store de la cuisine cassé en position fermée, porte fenêtre du salon ne ferme pas à clé, machine à café nespresso ne fonctionne pas ("remplacée" par 4 dosettes de café soluble !), poêle avec manche branlant, pas de passoire, peu de couverts.
Inacceptable compte tenu du prix payé.
