Ótimas comodidades, novo, confortável, ótima localização… Adorámos! E a Sra. Joselina foi sempre disponível, simpática e ajudou-nos com muita coisa.
O único ponto “negativo” é que a água do chuveiro tinha pouca pressão.

The apartment is very nice and has all facilities. Joselina is a very nice host and is always ready to help. By the way, she started renting cars recently and it's very convenient. She can meet you at the airport or the ferry terminal and give you the car for a good price.
Urzelina is a nice and quiet village and you can reach all the places of the island easily from there.

Above all, the kindness and availability of the hosts. They were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, making us feel very welcome from the beginning.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and everything felt almost brand new. The location was also very convenient for getting around, and we appreciated how easy it was to park.
We had a great stay. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this property.
It would have been nice to have some cooking oil available in the kitchen, and the dish sponge should have been replaced, as it was quite worn. The bar stools at the dining counter were also quite uncomfortable if you wanted to sit there for a meal.
Although the area is generally quiet, the apartment faces a main road, so traffic noise is noticeable, particularly during busier times of the day. Keeping the windows closed and using the air conditioning reduced the noise considerably. One thing to be aware of is that cars tend to drive past at high speeds, and with almost no sidewalks, walking in the immediate area can feel a bit unsafe.
