We loved the warm welcome we received the moment we got onto the property. We immediately felt at home! The house is conveniently located between Velas and Calheta - so easy to find. The sheets and towels are very nice quality and we slept comfortably. The kitchen has everything needed. We love the outdoor area-Perfect for eating or sitting to enjoy the view of Pico with our coffee. The house provides a nie selection of maps and information regarding the local attractions. Also available are beach bags and towels for our beach outings. As a bonus the host surprised us with breakfast treats one morning. The property has many options for staying - so we will be back with friends and family!!

The apartment is very spacious, well maintained, decorated with clear attention to detail and very clean. The highlight is the terrace with sunset view on Pico.
The host and staff were welcoming, responsive and gave great suggestions. We even got some local pastries on the last day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Mãe. The property was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with great AC, a clean bathroom and shower, a small but very convenient kitchen, and a good fridge and freezer. The private parking and peaceful, well-located setting were also fantastic. Adriana, the property manager, was incredibly sweet, professional, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do in St. George and was always available if we needed anything. Lucy herself also stopped by to welcome us, which made the experience feel even more personal and genuine. She was so kind and took the time to have a lovely conversation with us, which we really appreciated.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant we disliked. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and we had everything we needed for a great stay.
