Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Check-in und -out liefen problemlos über WhatsApp. Wir durften sogar noch später auschecken und konnten bis kurz vor unserem Flug nach Ponta Delgada im Apartment verweilen.

Confortable and well equipped flat on the ground floor, big enough for 4. The dishwasher was a big plus.
Very close to the center of Velas, to a big supermarket and easy parking just outside the door.
The owner was very kind and let us check in earlier than expected, what we really appreciated.
A small welcoming box of fruits and sweets waited for us at our arrival.
The flat could do perhaps with a deeper cleaning of some areas, though it didn’t affect our stay.

L'appartement était relativement grand, avec 2 belles chambres. La clim marchait bien. Hébergement bien situé. Lave-vaisselle et lave-linge disponibles. Bonne machine à café avec capsules fournies.
La table était un peu petite pour 3 adultes.
Un grille-pain aurait été appréciable. La bouilloire fuyait.
Il n'y avait pas de tablettes ni pour le lave vaisselle ni pour le lave linge. Et ni de gel douche. Pour la douche, seul le gros pommeau fonctionnait, la douchette était cassée.
Dans une chambre , deux serviettes sales avaient été laissées derrière la porte. On a retrouvé des cheveux sur le sol dans la pièce principale.

Das Apartment lag sehr praktisch: fußläufig konnte man den großen Supermarkt, den piscina natural, den Hafen und die Stadt erreichen, dennoch war es ruhig. Das Auto konnte man problemlos in der Straße parken. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man brauchte. Die Zimmeraufteilung war sehr gut und nach vorne konnte man auf dem Balkon sitzen oder die Wäsche trocknen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise.
Bei Fragen bekamen wir schnell, sehr freundliche Antworten.
Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.
Die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem, da man jede einzelne Sprungfeder gemerkt hat.
Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären wünschenswert.
Mehr Geschirr wäre toll.
