This is a wonderful place in every way! Beautiful property and pool, amazing staff, large comfortable bed, great breakfast. Easy walk to restaurants in Urzelina.

Great, private villa with modern amenities, including very comfortable king bed. Wonderful breakfast with just-picked-from-the-garden fruits to start your day, and most welcoming and helpful owner and staff.

Wij verbleven er met onze 2 tienerzonen, perfecte locatie om eiland te verkennen, vlakbij supermarkt en restaurant.
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en staff, zeer behulpzaam, early ckeck in was geen probleem. Zeer propere kamers, mooie tuin met zicht op Pico en verwarmd zwembad.
Overal uitstekende wifi, grote gezamelijk ontbijtruimte, en de ganse dag vers fruit en vers gebakken cake en koffie beschikbaar. Fantastisch ontbijt, met Nespresso Pro koffie. Een absolute aanrader als je relax op Pico wil verblijven

The concept of the individual villas in the garden is very nice. The garden and facilities are nice. We had a warm welcome and one of the ladies gave us very good information about the island and a lot of good tips. Also when we were leaving we could have stayed a bit longer. I think the facilities can be very nice during nice weather and no noisy neighbors. The common breakfast/kitchen area is useful, breakfast was just for us. Not sure how all the people fit in when it is fully booked.
We had a big problem with the room temperature. When we moved in the room was colder then outside (17degrees) as probably nobody was staying there. We have tried to use the A/C for heating but it was pretty useless as even when switched to max it shut off after a couple of minutes as technically it is positioned very badly. Someone mentioned here the opposite problem that the room is too hot in summer due to the same issue. We addresses this with the staff the first morning, were promised that they will inform the owners. Nothing happened, nobody fixed anything nor thried to help with a solution. The last night the A/C even stopped working for a couple of minutes. We called the owner and he said they will send someone owner. But no one came. So we ended up in a semi-warm and damp villa for 3 nights for a lot of money.
