This property was clean quaint, and fairly quiet. We did hear, thumping all night long, not quite sure what it was because it didn’t appear to be our one next-door neighbor, but that’s not the property’s fault, lol.
I didn’t like that we didn’t have an AC, but if you bring a small portable fan, you should be just fine. Also, I hate to say it, but the sheets were pretty terrible. Very very slippery polyester over a moisture blocking mattress cover. I understand the need for a moisture protection mattress cover however, the fitted sheet on top of that probably should not have been polyester and so slippery. Every time you turned the bottom sheet went with you and the corners popped up. It just made for an uncomfortable sleep.

We were thankful for a warm dry room. It was nice to have a small kitchen area with portable stove, coffee maker, microwave, and separate freezer fridge. It was clean enough. The portable heater in the room was needed.
We did not know how to find room as there was not a live person to contact at the site.

Location and solitude. Easy access with the lock box.
I had poor cell service so that made for a slow registration process.

The area is nice, close to restaurants and has a camp site feel.
The place didn't have air conditioning and we didn't have enough towels. Texted several times for towels and it took a day and half to get some after calling the owner. Also, our bathroom window didn't open. .
