Nestled in Rio Grande, this lovely house for $274 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With views of El Yunque National Rainforest. Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home private office that sleeps 8. Stocked Kitchen, a wet bar with wine fridge, living room, dining room, and 3 balconies and a terrace. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and has hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room Netflix, Hulu, Roku TVs, and high-speed internet, WIFI are all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer 2 Free Parking and there is a Golf Cart available to use (not a mode of transportation and at times it goes under maintenance) and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, the beach parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious, clean, and stocked with necessities. Less than a 5 minute drive to the private beach, and golf cart was a nice bonus :) Thank you!

Overall a great stay! The home is cute, with lots of outdoor spaces, and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher. Plus the views of el yunque from the home itself are limited. The views from the beach are nice. Going to the beach on the golf cart was fun. Princess was very responsive about everything.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The inside was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Other family members had booked elsewhere and they dropped by to meet up and were also impressed with the house. They all took the information for any future trips to PR. Princess was also very responsive with any and all of our questions. Will definitely book this again.

The house was immaculately maintained inside and out with all necessary amenities in great shape. The convenient location allowed us close access to Luquillo, Culebra, Playa Azul, El Yunque, Fajardo excursions, Bayoluminescent Bay, and even Old San Juan and Isla Verde. It was a great place to stay for our group.

Awesome experience and absolutely loved the property. We were there to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday and this place and the neighborhood were just perfect. Very convenient location and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.

We rented this home found thru the VRBO App from 8-21-23 thru 8-27-23. From our initial inquiry to check out time the Owner, Princess was 100% attentive, courteous, timely & kind. Home was ready a bit early too for us! We landed & headed over. Its a gated community, completely safe & any questions we had about entry were answered promptly. Cant say enough about the interior. Its clean, modern,spacious and lacks nothing for amenities. We were a family of 6. A binder is located with all recommendations & processes with images. I do recommend a car rental so you can head out & explore beyond the gated community parameters. We hit the local grocery market as our kids like certain items to add to fridge for our stay on day 1. All appliances were in great working order, and golf cart was a Plus! Community pool area is closed , however b-ball court is open & beach nearby is lowkey & great. Felt very safe & the area is super nice. This was a 10 out of 10 experience for us. Thank you kindly.

My family loved the location and house! It was ver comfortable with enough room for 6 adults and 2 infants. It was exactly how it was described in the listing. Modern and clean. You had everything you needed in the house which made it very easy to enjoy you time there and the beach. We loved the beach because it was quiet and not many people. We would recommend to bring an beach umbrella if it’s multiple people since the house only has 1 umbrella. The good thing is there is some palm trees that give some shade if you don’t bring extra. Overall loved staying at the house. The response from owner was amazing! Everything was addressed quickly and worked with us to get an extra night added last minute and reschedule the cleaning crew. Will stay again!

Here's why I highly recommend it: Nestled in the heart of Rio Grande, this VRBO offered the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Its proximity to the stunning beaches, lush rainforests, and local attractions made it an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Puerto Rico. The VRBO itself was a true home away from home. It was thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and a charming island-inspired decor that exuded warmth and comfort. The spacious bedrooms were cozy and provided a peaceful night's sleep, while the living areas were perfect for relaxation and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and the outdoor patio was an excellent spot for morning coffees or evening cocktails.

My family and I had an amazing vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this home. The beach is a short distance away and we used the golf cart to go to the beach. The house is exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues or concerns while we were staying there. All communication with the host was great. She was fast to reply and very kind. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

We travelled from San Juan Airport and stayed in Rio Grande so we could take the ferry from Ceiba to Vieques early. Decided to stay two nights in order to rest from our flights. The house is very nicely decorated, comfortable furniture. The host provided set of instructions for checking in and out, golf cart use that were very easy to follow. It also included recommendations for places to eat and how to drive to nearby beach. Our family of 7 (husband, wife, 2 kids under 11, grandparents and uncle) stayed very comfortably; plenty of rooms and restrooms and all amenities needed. We cooked our breakfasts in the fully stashed kitchen. The house has a washer and dryer that was a nice bonus for us. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was very responsive. It was a relaxing stay and would stay here again in future visits to the Puerto Rico east coast.

The home was very clean and organized; we loved the home decor. The property owner had a detailed manual with local resources in terms of restaurants and phone numbers. There was a well stocked closet w/ towels and sheets and some other supplies and a laundry room w/ a huge washing machine. There is a beach in close proximity that we utilized the golf cart to get to- my grandbabies and daughters loved the beach- there was never more than 10 people on the beach and most times less. The property is not far from Luquillo/Farjardo and El Yunque- which is a must! The property has a few patios- 3 upstairs and a large one downstairs. The property owner was easy to reach and her dad stopped by to make sure we were good. I loved the home and the quite community that was very safe- there is regular patrol car that rides through the area. Walmart is very close buy as well as a local supermarket even closer. My family and I had an Amazing vacay and would definitey stay there again.
