An enviable location for those who love northern Sonoma County, its wine-capital Healdsburg, and amazing natural beauty! You’ll feel far away from it all, yet this wine-country jewel is just 8 minutes by car to Healdsburg’s central Plaza, world-class restaurants, shops, and winery tasting-rooms. Walk down 5 easy steps to a beautiful 1,600 sq ft home that flows in and out, with a large, open floor plan, two mosaic-laid patios, and two lofty, hillside decks designed for wraparound-view entertaining. The path right outside the door to the 108-acre Healdsburg Open Space Preserve that forever protects the mountain. Soaking tub, heated towel racks, hand laid mosaic floors, walk in showers, multiple areas to entertain and relax with comfortable, yet upscale furniture. Each bedroom (2) has an attached private bathroom The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for an in house cooking experience. One 'smart' TV & WiFi,
In the morning I pour myself a cup of coffee and watch the river . Amazing amount of birds and wildlife on the mountain

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Healdsburg, in part because of the beautiful and relaxing stay at Kathryn and Dan's home. It's clear that this current/former bed and breakfast is perfect for a couple's retreat and it did not disappoint. Communication, directions, advice, etc. was top notch all the way from booking to eventual departure. We are so appreciative of the chance to stay here and would advise others to do the same.

Fun and quirky home with beautiful views and deer sitings! We stayed with another couple and the set up was perfect. Would definitely recommend for adult couples!
