This hotel was the only place in the whole of Budapest where we truly felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed.
A huge thank you to the entire staff, and especially to Anastasiia, for her exceptional support and assistance both before and throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel very well taken care of.
The location is excellent, with bus and tram stops, restaurants and shops all nearby. Despite being in a lively area, we could not hear the nightlife from our room, which was a huge advantage.
Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, clean and very comfortable.
I also have to highlight the breakfast. The coffee was delicious, and the quality of the cold cuts and cheeses was excellent.

Decent sized modern apartments, nice Italian staff managing it. Parking (though costs 25 eur) is handy in the closed garage.

The location is pretty good.
There was a bad smell inside, humidity… It wasn’t vented at all. The rest is average. I would not stay there a second time.
