Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, 'Reel 'Em In' serves as your perfect base in the Florida Keys. Come make your vacation unforgettable! Reel 'Em In warmly welcomes your furry companions, making it a pet-friendly haven. Bring up to two friendly and well-behaved dogs 50 lbs or less with you, and for their stay, there's a pet fee of $30 per night per pet and a straightforward registration process via our third-party pet screening service. A $20 fee applies for the first dog, and $15 for each additional dog. Please familiarize yourself with our pet policy before securing your booking. We'll provide the registration link after you confirm your reservation. Please be aware of the following essential policies for your stay at Reel 'Em In: Minimum Rental Period: Key Colony Beach zoning requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and no exceptions can be made. Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors. Boating Safety: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to verify that your boat can safely navigate the local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking this property. Please ensure that your boating activities are conducted safely and in compliance with local regulations. My family and I love this home. It fits our needs perfectly. The home is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the pool and tiki area are beautiful. Dock space is perfect for our boat. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your home!

The house was nice. There were good things and things that need improvement. It did not seem quite ready for renters. I would recommend having beach chairs and umbrellas. Without these, it is difficult to enjoy any other areas. There is also limited plastic wear for to use outside. The knifes were terrible. We had to go buy a knife to use for cooking. The beds were also not very comfortable. On a positive note, the pool and large shaded areas were great. We also enjoyed fishing off the deck. The neighborhood was also nice.

We had absolutely fabulous time at this property! The house we very well appointed and had everything we could have needed and more. The house itself was very roomy and well laid out...there was a place for everyone. The outside really shined...it was really HOT the week we were there, and the pool and outside area was well used. The whole property was well cared for and very clean. We did use the Cabana Club one day but having the pool right outside your door was just amazing. It was one of our favorite trips because there was so much to do around the house and a short ride to Key West proper!
