Situated in Key Colony Beach, this attractive house for $476 per night is a great option for your next vacation. STR22-000281 must be 25 or older to rent & must be present for entire stay Seven Night Minimum no exceptions MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 (no matter the age) This rule is set by the City of Key Colony's restriction of 1 person per 200sqft. No exceptions - not the same as sleeping Sleeping: 8 (1 king, 3 queen - no sleeper sofa) Saturday to Saturday rental only - pool included Nov to April Located directly in the heart of Key Colony Beach with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean, or the Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut. This is a single family, water-front home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a private, heat optional pool. The upper level offers two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is modern and even has a special coffee/tea/wine bar. The entire west side of the living area looks out onto the pool and canal where boat dockage is available. Relax on the balcony overlooking the pool with a chilled beverage and grill your dinner. The ground level offers a full bedroom and bath which has access to the pool and outdoor patio area. There are brand new mini splits in the downstairs! (No interior access to upstairs). The patio includes a seating area, grill and bar. All linens provided, beach towels, dishwasher, microwave, central air conditioning, and well-equipped kitchen. Dock has fish cleaning table, water, electric, and bait freezer. Internet ready. Pool heat included Nov to April. Max boat length: 25FT (boat lift is not for renter use). There is enough room for 3 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then only 2 vehicles & 1 trailer. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of key colony beach only allows for one trailer at a rental property. ***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Key Colony Beach. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300. This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property. Friends and family had a wonderful stay in this home! Loved the location in Key Colony Beach. Close to shopping & restaurants. Pool was relaxing to come home to after spending the day on the boat. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again!

This was really nice property and amazing location. Can walk down to the restaurant and it’s a good neighborhood. The pool was nice and the dock area. The downstairs bedroom area is separate from upstairs and have to go outside to get upstairs. My girls loved it as it was like having their own little place. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

This property's location was ideal. Beds were fine, Canal and pool were wonderful. Easy access for boating. Could use better/more furnishings in living area - not enough seating for 6 or more people. Dining also tight for more than 6 people. Kitchen well equipped, but could use some dishcloths and house needs mats at entries for wiping sand and wet feet. We had a wonderful stay in Marathon. Would recommend this place.

place was very clean nice open floor plan. pool was very nice and clean. down stairs suite could use updating a bit but did not mater to use. we only used the 2 upstairs bedrooms . the downstairs worked good for us to store our fishing stuff and the extra fridge was a plus.

Communication was fast and the property managers were lovely and very helpful.

House is in a good location but upon arrival the linens in the master bedroom upstairs smelled like they had been stored in a wet basement. I had to wash the linens before I could use them, they had the whole room smelling horrible. The locks on the doors had me feeling unsafe (one wouldn’t work). If you sat food or drink down in the kitchen for more than a minute or two it would be covered in small ants and some other kind of insects. My parents stayed in the lower half with pretty much no air conditioning. The drainage for the window unit downstairs was stopped up and leaking under the carport and my toddler niece slipped and fell (luckily she was not hurt). All in all Florida was great but the house was not.

Great house for family. This house worked well for our family of five. Nice shade from palm trees while in the oversized pool after boating. Good fish cleaning stateroom and had a bait/ fish freezer that was helpful. The yard needs maintenance, but other than that it was really good.

This house has all the amenities you need. The floorplan is great with the downstairs bedroom and kitchette - Makes it easy for two families, or someone needing more privacy, to travel together. It came with more paper goods and soap than many VRBO's. The fish cleaning station and bait freezer are helpful. The pool heat functions and we enjoyed the pool both day and night. We rented a boat and enjoyed keeping it right on the canal. Our favorite time was sunset when the manatees came right up to our bulkhead.
So, it's a great property. Very functional, especially for people who are looking for price and floorplan. While the home was clean, it was not at all fancy. It could definitely use some cosmetic updating. Our biggest complaint was the gurgling in the pool that you could hear throughout the house - especially in the downstairs bedroom at night. The pool company said there was a leak in the pool and advised us to add water daily. The pool heater display didn't work either, so you have to guess on the temp. The master bath toilet started leaking badly at the tank base and I texted the management company. They didn't respond so I texted again four hours later. They said, "We got your message, Bonnie is calling a plumber. There are two other bathrooms in the meantime so please use those and keep the water off." It struck me that they didn't respond sooner, and that for what we paid, they weren't in any more hurry to allow us use of all 3 toilets. Don't expect any quick responses from them on anything was our experience.

Perfect family keys getaway
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The house was clean and a perfect set up for our large family. We have two teenage sons and the downstairs apartment was perfect for them! Upstairs was very open, spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. They had most kitchen necessities, but the cutting board was broken into pieces and I couldn’t find another, but we made adjustments (if you’re picky bring your own). The only downfall is the docking area for the boat. We have a 24 ft boat that is new and we keep very clean. Unfortunately the boat lift is not for guest use, which would have been a huge help and relieved a little stress. We had to tie the boat up and put bumpers out so the sides didn’t hit the dock and the barnacles. Additionally, during low tide it was almost impossible for my parents to get off the boat and onto the dock, a ladder is definitely needed. Overall it was a great stay and if the dock issue was resolved we would most definitely stay again!

Nice place but needs cleaned up
The property is in a great location with a big pool. The living areas are big and comfortable. The place just needs some TLC. The pool area was dirty like it hadn’t been used in a while. They had old lounge chairs just laying outside the pool area instead of throwing them away. The house itself could use some sprucing up also. They tried to paint the hand rails before we got there you could tell since the paint was on the leaves of the plants. Overall we had a great time at the property.

We have stayed at this property several other times. The pool took a pretty hard blow from the hurricane and needs some work. However, it wasn't anything we couldn't live with. Over all good stay.

Bonnie was amazing and the welcome basket was fantastic for our needs!! Loved the house. Amenities were pretty good. Obviously upstairs has the majority of them. AC not as strong in kitchenette downstairs but still very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.
