This Reel E Sea is one of 25 privately owned homes located on nearly six acres of pristinely maintained lushly landscaped grounds. Your Tropical Retreat is a characteristic and charmingly decorated “Key West Conch-style” villa. Coral Lagoon Resort also features an heated in-ground pool with poolside seating and includes guest only poolside showers/bathrooms. 1st Level The spacious back porch provides exquisite canal views and features ample seating room for lounging in the sun or enjoying the ocean breeze. Coral Lagoon Resort presents an airy layout and alluring tropical themed décor throughout all the homes. Unwind in the roomy 1st-floor living room area that has abundantly cushioned seating centered around a 50 inch TV that is equipped with cable . The couch pulls out into a queen bed for additional guest accommodations. The gourmet kitchen holds stainless steel appliances, elegant granite counters, and a air fryer/toaster oven for quick snacks! Enjoy a quick snack on the stools at the breakfast bar or dine-in at the dining room table that provides seating for up to six people. 2nd Level The bedrooms upstairs are all equipped with painted furniture and comfortable bed linens. The Master Suite offers a luxurious King sized bed, a private bath, a flat-screen TV, and a romantic private balcony with seating for two. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are furnished with one Queen sized bed and two Twin sized beds respectively. They share a full bath and covered balcony for the ultimate relaxation We provide a full sized washer and dryer The Reel E Sea accommodates every fishing and boating need, providing guests with use of an onsite full marina adjacent to the resort grounds including fuel, ice for purchase and a fish cleaning tiki. Boat launching for guests can be arranged directly with the marina! Reel E Sea provides a bait freezer on the back porch and electric grill Your boat slip is included your Tropical Retreat vacation rental (slip 17 just steps down from your back door) When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles. Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property. *** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. *** ONLY 1 BOAT IS ALLOWED! We enjoyed our stay. We had a party of 2 couples. The property was very clean. Some things are a bit dated but all worked well. The TV in the family room is a bit small and the picture wasn’t that great. The property is very nicely landscaped. The pool was nice. Overall very happy with our stay.

My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here and all of them said it was great! They had some issues on check-in late at night ( items weren’t where they were to be), but after that everything went well and they have nothing but good things to say about this home and would definitely stay here again. It was close to all places they needed.

We came from PA and the facility is great and close to many attractions. The check in was easy. Amenities are also very nice for children, especially the pool.

The property was extremely clean and exactly how it appeared. The only issue was with the dockage, not all the paperwork was supplied and information about the doc and fees. Needed to make last minute phone call to be insurance company and have them added to the contract.

Floors, curtains, some walls were very dirty. I always do the clean white socks test. We had a water leak, and were left without water twice. I understand there was a main pipe issue, but I would have brought us water knowing you knew we were without water. Especially in the day we were leaving so we could brush our teeth, and flush the toilets. The toilet paper also needs to be upgraded. Single ply, cheap toilet paper is for $29.95 motel stays, not a luxury home. Especially at these prices.
