This home offers ample living space on the lower level with a den, home office, living room, dining area and full bathroom. Guests are pleased with the abundant outdoor living space and charming poolside cabana. *Please note... construction has started on the vacant lots across the street from this home. We anticipate there to be ongoing construction through the end of 2023. While there is adequate spacing to ensure privacy and full enjoyment of the rental property and all its amenities, there is the possibly guests will hear some construction noise, depending upon the work being done, during their stay. Third party bookings are subject to increase rates and third party service fees. Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments. All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation. Great location on a quiet street. Easy to dock our boat and had quick access to Atlantic and bay waters. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!

We would gladly stay here again. The house is really nice, in a great location, with a fantastic view. I'm nit picking below here, but just wanted to leave it anyway as feedback. I am SUPER happy overall: Not a big deal, but I'd rather have a digital entry to not have to pick up/drop off keys at the office. The kayaks in the pictures are not for guests. We did not know that until we got there. Also we were told there were no beach towels, so we brought a ton to find out there were a bunch there.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. The house itself was nothing short of amazing for my family of four plus my cousin’s family of three. The pool and cabana are amazing, and the balcony off of the master bedroom has a breathtaking view. The house is super well-equipped from top to bottom, and we were able to cook and grill many of our meals. The worse part is having to leave!!

Gorgeous property with everything you could want inside and out. Enjoyed the pool and deck area everyday. Bring your SUPs, launch right next to the dock and paddle to drinks and manatee viewing. Would definitely come back!

The house was beautiful and worked well for both families. Only downside was the loud construction noise next door with the building of the dock. Great view of the canal and ocean. Pool and outside cabana was wonderful. We will book again!

This rental is amazing. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and well stocked with pool items, fishing poles, kayaks, two grills, cleaning supplies, pots/pans, and anything you might need to enjoy your vacation. We are 110% we will rent this home again.

The house was clean and well outfitted for our family’s needs. We cooked many of our meals and found the needed cookware and utensils. The pool is small - but refreshing and fun! The linens were of good quality. It was perfect for our large family. We will definitely go back. Definitely worth the money!
