About this house rental
Family friendly home in the beautiful East Hill neighborhood! Only one mile to Bayview Park where you will find water activities, tennis courts, playground equipment and numerous walking paths. Home is 15 minutes(without traffic delays) to the beach, 5 minutes to historic downtown and Palafox Street and less than 10 mintues to the airport!
Home has a large fenced back yard where you can play games during the day or relax and enjoy the beautiful evenings!

We have stayed in several VRBO's in the P'Cola area over the last few years. This is by far the best experience we have had. The other locations were nice, but this one had families in mind. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessary utensils and cooking items. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The welcome book had good, clear info about house information and local amenities. It was the little things that make the biggest difference and this house came through with flying colors!

We loved this home! We chose it due to the proximity of our daughter’s wedding venue. Easy to all things downtown. Very quiet and safe area. The property is well appointed and clean. I would easily stay here again.

This was our second stay at Bailey's place. We love the location, close to everything but in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbors and walkable streets. The house is spacious with 3 large bathrooms. Backyard with a grill and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen
