Staff and cleanness but the bed is too small
The guests in the rooms opposite ours were shouting loudly throughout the night, while others were playing very loud and unpleasant music. As a result, some of us were unable to sleep properly.
Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the city, which was also inconvenient. Management, please consider addressing these issues to ensure guests have a more peaceful and comfortable stay.
