The location is great and the restaurant is awsome the best steak house in Brussels .
The didn't the room service the first night and I had to ask for it, the hotel closes the main door during the night .

c'était propre, c'est vraiment le minimum, mais c'est déjà ça
la climatisation ne marchait pas, l'ascenseur faisait peur (bruit anormal + arrêt à tous les étages sachant qu'il y en avait 3), le fait que pour entrer dans le bâtiment il faille sonner et réveiller une personne qui dort sur le canapé de l'entrée pour nous ouvrir, aussi les traces de calcaire et ancienne traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain montre un manque d'entretient de fond...
