Reasonable distance into town for the price and didn't find it overly noisy, despite being on a main road.
Looked like a prison block from the outside, however, bed was comfortable and had tea/coffee facilities and a good shower.

"The politeness of staff and nothing was to much trouble for them .
The family of cats including kittens reminded me of being on holiday abroad"
