Der Ausblick auf die grünen, weiten Wiesen und Felder und dahinter das blaue Meer, die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, die Terrassen, die Klimaanlage unten im Wohnzimmer, die Küche, die Waschmaschine und die Geräumigkeit des Hauses...
Die Schlafgelegenheiten oben im Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses Durchgangszimmer ohne Tür zum Wohnzimmer unten, ohne Vorhang bei der oberen Terrassentür, war In der Nacht hell durch die Straßenlaterne, am Morgen durch die Sonne. Außerdem hat man dort alles aus dem Wohnzimmer unten gehört.
Oben war es sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage)

Beautiful setting and the apartment was new and well taken care of. The communication with the property was frequent, clear and informative.
Nothing. We liked staying a little away from Ponta Delgada where it was quieter with green pastures. It did take us longer to drive to some places on the island but it was worth it for the views and serenity.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, la propreté irréprochable du logement, la magnifique vue ainsi que la présence d’un jacuzzi.
Nous avons été déçus par le manque d’insonorisation de la « maison 1 ». Il s’agit en réalité d’un appartement indépendant au sein d’une même maison, avec la chambre des voisins juste au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons donc subi leurs bruits et réveils, ce qui est dommage dans un endroit aussi paisible. Le partage des extérieurs, clairement indiqué dans l’annonce, ne pose aucun problème, mais les nuisances à l’intérieur ne sont pas souhaitables. Il serait important de préciser clairement dans l’annonce qu’il s’agit d’un appartement dans une maison, et non d’une maison indépendante
