The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. This 335 sqft unit contains two queen beds, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a tub and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.* *PETS: ALLOWED with a $50 pet fee and one pet max per unit. (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $500 fine.* *Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the unit and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.* *To support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.* ## Access This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day. Parking and EV charging (shared amenity): Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. ## Tech This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV. ## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk, and we provide contactless self-check-in. In addition, we have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. ## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. ## Transit Santa Barbara Transit Center is five blocks away. ## Notes For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

We loved everything about our stay here! This suite was clean and well stocked upon arrival. The host was very responsive. It is located just minutes from the heart of Santa Barbara, making it the perfect secluded location within walking distance of State Street. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area, and would highly recommend this property!

We absolutely love this beautiful rental. The adorable kitchen was pleasant to make coffee and breakfast in, a cute little table: so much style in such a small footprint. The pretty bedroom was so comfortable to relax in, the bed was comfy and luxurious. The bathroom was also nice with a well lit mirror and plenty of toiletries, including earplugs, and eye masks! Would absolutely stay here again! It was ideal.

Seems like it is a decent place, was warned if park under trees there would be bunch of spiders on the car next day. Interior look like it was remodeled so it was nice and new. There is a sink, microwave and small fridge. Overall a nice stay, would have switched to single queen bed if I knew the special rate was taken…
