Cameras are on at the driveway and walkway for your safety and to let me know you've arrived.
All of the basics will be stocked - laundry and dish soap, Keurig coffee and teas, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Other things to note:
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking.
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis with an extra fee per stay. If your dog is approved, you will be asked to sign an agreement confirming that your dog is up to date on vaccinations/flea control. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any damage caused by your dog will be charged separately.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The home was incredibly well-appointed and had everything we could possibly need. As dog owners, we were so grateful for how welcoming the space was for our pup—the dog bowls and soft bed were such a thoughtful touch. The outdoor space was fantastic, and we arrived to a lovely gift basket filled with treats and thoughtful items that made us feel instantly at home. On top of it all, the hosts were incredibly responsive and made our entire stay completely easy and carefree. We’ve found our new favorite place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara!

Sunrize Destination was absolutely perfect. Beautiful area and the place was stocked with so many extra things that Sara thought of to make your stay more relaxing and comfortable. We would love to return for many vacations in the future! Great location for walking to the beach or getting something to eat!

Ideal location and Sunrize Destination is a stellar place. The host has thought of everything! Very clean and comfortable, and quiet…..and worth every penny. Perfect location and close to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!! Communication with host was 10/10!

This studio has EVERYTHING you could want plus! Its decor is crisp and fun! The photos are spot on. The kitchen has everything you could possible want. The bathroom is good size, the bed is the MOST comfortable bed we have slept in! The outdoor area is comfortable and inviting! Its a nice quiet area but walking distance to anything you may want, even the beach! Sara makes check in and out easy and is available if needed. We travel to SB frequently and this is by far the best place weve stayed! We will be back!
