Nice location and surroundings with lovely garden and terrace. Decent breakfast and it had a lift, AC and parking.
room a little basic, could use some proper night stands and more hangers in the closet, as well as to hang on the wall. mattress coud be better.

Location is great, also charging slot was a big help
I did not have breakfad but looked nice to me:
Staff was very attentive though nobody told me that after 12:00 not just are within closes but also the door. And there is NOBODY to open you a door.
Luckily I called a number indicated ok the door and a guy from Ericeira located hotel of the same brand told me the code from the door.
It was night. What if I had no phone or was without battery or was in roaming? I would stay on the street to sleep?
Elevator did not work and I had to leave all my luggage for a night in the car. I mean it is 3 stores building and staircase…
Beds are everything but not comfortable. Not just NOT comfortable but I mean it was quite impossible to sleep on them. Very hard and very old mattresses with the springs almost out. Bed linens were very clean but that mattress left me sleepless all night and dusky I am not picky about mattress.
It was also very noisy. I could hear neighbors talking, snoring, cars on the road (there is a road nearby which would not be a problem if windows were more soundproof)
No amenities at all in the room: not even glasses or cups. Not speaking about a fridge which would be a great help.
The garden looks very neglected and is different from the pictures. It has a big potential but is degradating. :((
looks like it was a big quinta before: the is an old tank which they could use as a swimming pool.Very sad
