Staff were exceptionally amazing! The rooms were great as well! All in all, everything was good! Definitely would recommend to others, as well as stay there again!
The building is a little bit smaller than I thought, but it’s probably unavoidable considering it’s located in the centre of Hanoi city

One of my best hotel stays ever!! Incredible location right next to the famous church in the city centre, so many amazing food spots to choose from, super close to the night market. Staff were wonderful and friendly; I felt so safe travelling as a solo female. Room was clean, gorgeous and comfortable. The hotel also overlooks the church and has an incredible view.
The buffet was quite lacking in terms of variety, quality and freshness; even getting there at 8am it tasted like the hot food had been out for a while. I wouldn’t recommend included breakfast in your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi. The location was fantastic. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The reception team always greeted us with a smile, and the breakfast staff were lovely and attentive. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality.
