Good location and nice rooms. Staff fantastic. I lost my phone and the staff even came to the police station to help me with translation. They all went out of their way to help with anything you asked for. Will definitely stay here again. Restaurant in the hotel is very nice too and the breakfast was fantastic with different food every day. Nice packed breakfast when going on tours early in the morning. Amazing staff

The staff were super friendly. Room very clean and quiet. Location was good, very close to train street, Hanoi station and old quarter. They offered us to use the shower facility before we went to catch the train after we checked out. When we returned from Sapa in the morning, they offered us free breakfast. We were really looked after. Cannot complain about anything.

Location although very busy!
Street Noise
Needed earplugs to drown out the beeping of cars and motorbikes.
We were in a room with a balcony and below was a very busy street almost 24 hours a day .
I think other rooms more inside the hotel had little or no noise from outside.
