Location was excellent, close to ocean drive and excellent pool with plenty of sunbeds available.

The staf at the front desk was friend lu and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was nice. Good location.
The élévateur was not working (but the staff offerts to help with our bags), other options without eggs would have been appreciated in the included belreakfast, the staff at the breakfast was not very friendly

The room was perfect size for my family, the balcony we probably under utilized due to the extreme heat wave the pool was the perfect spot to chill out. The staff also left a nice note and bottle for our anniversary we very much appreciated the hospitality of all the staff.
The parking situation is very bleak valet is a must, There is street parking and a parking garage about 3 blocks from the hotel so if you are like us and have 3 suitcases you are probably going to valet. The pool had drink and food services but it was unclear where to order from or who was managing the services.

the location
The facilities were very disappointing. We were also charged an additional resort fee, which was difficult to justify given that the property offered little more than a basic room and building, old bar area had one misfunctioning tv and in general with very limited amenities. To make matters worse, the room had a noticeable musty smell throughout our stay.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was its large swimming pool. However, on arrival we discovered that the pool was closed for construction. We were never informed of this in advance, despite it being a key factor in our booking decision.
When we raised the issue with staff, we were told the pool would only be out of service for a day or two. Unfortunately, five days later it was still closed and we never had the opportunity to use it. On the third day, staff suggested we use the pool at their sister hotel instead, but it was extremely small -more like a plunge pool than a swimming pool- and was not a comparable alternative. and we still had to pay a resort free
